Elix Advisory was founded on the convergence of two distinct professional journeys. Our founder, Bernard Sin, began in the refinery sector, developing deep expertise in operations, as well as technology and infrastructure design and implementation. Our co-founder, Claire Ng, built a career in education, specializing in human capital practice, and the (re)design of work, workplace, and workforce. Their paths eventually crossed in consulting, where they combined strengths to deliver transformation across industries, one through systems and technology, and the other through people and organizational design.
With more than five decades of collective experience, Bernard and Claire established Elix Advisory to provide bespoke, meaningful services that enable clients to achieve sustainable, long‑term gains. Guided by a passion for solving complex challenges, Elix Advisory helps organizations realize their ambitions and strategies by addressing their most critical pain points. He has held senior leadership roles with Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and Envision Digital, advising executive teams at International and National Oil & Gas and Energy Companies across APAC on complex business, technology, and operating model transformations.

She combines strategic insight with disciplined execution, helping leaders align people, performance, and culture to enterprise ambition.
Throughout her career, Claire has advised C‑suite and senior leaders across financial services, telecommunications, government, and energy sectors. She has led landmark programs including Temasek’s restructuring into three new business entities, Prudential’s global HR operating model refresh, and PETRONAS’s enterprise‑wide digital adoption program impacting 39,000 employees. Her work spans organization design, performance management, leadership development, workforce transition, culture activation, and analytics‑enabled adoption.
